First, we were given a lesson on the history of shimenawa and other related topics. I was worried about whether I’d be able to make the shimenawa properly, but thanks to the careful guidance I received from start to finish, I was able to create a piece I’m very happy with. The atmosphere of the shop and the owner were also wonderful, and I was able to make some great memories. Thank you so much.

I couldn’t find the parking lot, but they kindly gave me directions. After that, I got lost trying to find the shop, so I asked around at a nearby store and finally found it. If possible, I wish they had included “2F” in the address. Since there were no other participants during the shimenawa-making workshop, I had a one-on-one session, which allowed me to focus and made it easy to follow. Unfortunately, I missed the chance to take photos.

I arrived a little late, but they were very kind and accommodating. I was able to successfully make the shimenawa. I am very grateful.
