  • When the User himself/herself discloses personal information to accommodation facilities, tour operators, etc., using the functions of the Service or other means (please contact the respective accommodation facilities, tour operators, etc. directly regarding the handling of personal information by the accommodation facilities, tour operators, etc.)

In principle, the Association will not acquire personal information that includes the following details. However, this does not apply if the user provides the information themselves.

Disclosure, maintenance, and improvement of personal data based on the Personal Information Protection Act

Regarding requests for disclosure, correction, etc., or suspension of use, etc., of retained personal data under the Personal Information Protection Act, we will process the request after verifying that the requester is the person in question. Regarding personal data retained by insurance companies or other companies, we will refer the request to the relevant company. Regarding the personal data retained by our company, if, as a result of conducting necessary investigations, the information about the individual is found to be inaccurate, we will change it to an accurate one based on the results of the investigation.
