The room for olfactory analysis and dining faced the garden, allowing us to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. The menu changes with the seasons. When I was there, the delicious Shimane wagyu beef and the flavorful seasoning of desai ginger were superb! The smell test was a great way to learn about my condition and what I need, and it was nice to hear the proprietress's story as well. Now I wanted to bring my friends and my mother as well. Thank you for making it a wonderful day!

It seems you can tell how you're feeling just by the scent! I was surprised to see that the results accurately reflected my nervousness. It was great to enjoy meals featuring local specialties from Shimane. Although there's an extra charge for the bath, I was able to relax in the old-fashioned, tiled tub.
Thank you very much for trying our service and for sharing your feedback so promptly. We’re truly delighted that you’re interested in using scents to check in on your mind and body. We hope you’ll find this helpful as you return to your daily routine after your trip. We were especially glad that you were able to enjoy the hot springs as well during your visit. Please stop by again the next time you visit Shimane. We look forward to seeing you.
