I had made a reservation for two people, but my companion suddenly came down with a cold and couldn’t come with me, so I ended up traveling alone. However, you were kind enough to accommodate my last-minute change, and the Japanese-style room I stayed in on the first day was very peaceful and comfortable.
From StaffThank you very much for staying with us and for your kind words. We were relieved to hear that our service was helpful to you, especially since you ended up traveling alone due to a sudden change in your plans. We are also very encouraged by your comment that you were able to relax in the Japanese-style room where you stayed on your first night. However, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the Wi-Fi connection dropping out during your stay in the single room on the second day. We are committed to improving our in-house network to ensure a more stable connection for our guests. We sincerely hope your companion makes a full recovery.

They were incredibly kind—carefully introducing us to recommended local shops and offering advice on visiting Izumo Taisha—which made for a very pleasant stay. Although we were staying alongside a group of guests, they were considerate of that as well, and I could really feel how thoughtful and attentive they were.
From StaffThank you very much for choosing our facility on this occasion. We would also like to express our sincere gratitude for your kind words. Although our service may have been a bit lacking, we are all very encouraged to hear that you were satisfied. We will continue to strive to improve our services so that our guests can enjoy a comfortable stay. It seems the hot weather will continue for a while longer. Please take good care of yourself. We sincerely look forward to welcoming you again.

Even though it was a small business hotel, I was happy to find that it had a large public bath.

This was my first trip with my grandchild. The twin room was spacious and comfortable. If I had to nitpick, I wish there had been a USB port or something like that.
From StaffThank you very much for choosing to stay with us during your family vacation. We are very pleased to hear that you found your room spacious and comfortable. We will take your feedback regarding the USB ports into consideration as valuable input for improving our services in the future. We sincerely look forward to welcoming you back.

I wanted to use the large bathroom, but I fell asleep and could not use it, and in the morning I had to shower in the unit bath because the large bathroom was not available. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice both in the morning and at night. Front desk staff is average. Next time I will try not to fall asleep so that I can use the large bathroom in time.
From StaffThank you very much for staying with us. We are sorry to hear that you were not able to use the large bathroom, and we understand your disappointment as you were looking forward to using it. We are sorry that we were not able to provide you with the morning time as well. We are very glad to hear that you liked the atmosphere of the restaurant both in the morning and in the evening. Thank you also for your frank opinion about the front desk service. We will make use of it to improve our services in the future. We are looking forward to welcoming you next time so that you can relax in our large public baths.

Thank you very much for switching me to a single room on such short notice. Since I was traveling alone, it was comfortable, but the Wi-Fi kept cutting out, which was a bit of a letdown.
