Sunset and healing sunset yoga at Inasa Beach
Sunset yoga at Inasa beach, known for the Kangei Shinto ritual. The setting sun and the sound of the waves will relax your body and mind in 60 minutes. Beginners and those with stiff bodies are also welcome to join with no mat rental included.

On October 10 of the lunar calendar, a yoga experience is held on the sacred beach that welcomes the gods of the nation who gather at Izumo-taisha Shrine!
With the theme of "feeling yourself" rather than perfection of poses, this 60-minute course allows you to feel the sound of waves, the scent of the tide, and the setting sun with your whole body.
Beginners and men are welcome. Those with stiff bodies are also welcome!

Sunset may not be seen due to weather conditions.

Valuables, etc. are to be managed by the participants themselves.
*Pregnant, unwell, or under the influence of alcohol are not permitted to participate.
