The crystal bowl sound bath is experienced lying down in a quiet space (chairs are available).
The sound bath effect of crystal bowls of various sizes leads to deep relaxation of the body and mind, relieves stress, and stabilizes brain waves (alpha to theta waves).
Through resonance at the cellular level, healing effects such as regulation of the autonomic nervous system, restful sleep, and improved blood flow can be expected. You can experience special healing in Izumo, the land of the gods.
