The room for olfactory analysis and dining faced the garden, allowing us to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. The menu changes with the seasons. When I was there, the delicious Shimane wagyu beef and the flavorful seasoning of desai ginger were superb! The smell test was a great way to learn about my condition and what I need, and it was nice to hear the proprietress's story as well. Now I wanted to bring my friends and my mother as well. Thank you for making it a wonderful day!
