A factory tour for adults! Fun! Our tofu was coarse, but very tasty! Miso soup with rice and large pieces of deep-fried tofu! Smooth tofu made by the president! The scallion miso served with the tofu was so delicious! On the way back home, I bought thick fried bean curd and tofu with green onion miso sandwiched in between! I bought soymilk soft serve! Thank you for a very enjoyable time. It was my first time making tofu, but I am glad I was able to do it successfully. Also, the freshly made oboro-dofu was really delicious and I couldn't stop eating it. It was delicious not only as is, but also with salt and dashi soy sauce. The tofu lunch was healthy yet satisfying. The owner spoke to us politely and pleasantly, and we learned a lot about tofu production. I wanted to try many of the products in the store, but I was too full to do so. Next time, I would like to go back to buy soft-serve ice cream, donuts, croquettes, etc.
