Thank you very much for allowing me to participate. Thanks to Kakitsubo, I am able to make delicious dried persimmons every year, and I have been hoping to visit their farm someday, so I was very happy to be able to participate this time. I was able to hear many stories in a friendly atmosphere, and I spent a fulfilling time actually picking persimmons and experiencing dried persimmons. It was also a new discovery for me to know that "tan" is a sign of good taste. I would be very happy if I could visit again and I hope you will plan another persimmon-picking experience. I experienced making dried persimmons with my children for the first time. We couldn't harvest in the field because of the rain, but we were able to go to the field when the rain stopped, and it was nice to hear about persimmons in a field with a beautiful view. I learned a lot about Saijo persimmons because there was so much I didn't know. It was fun making the dried persimmons while chatting with the other participants. It was fun to observe the process of the persimmons we brought home gradually turning into dried persimmons at home. We gave the dried persimmons we made to our parents and friends, and they were well received, saying they were delicious.
